その夢を叶える体験型テーマパークとしてオープンを控えた「ロータス・レイヤー」。
最先端のAIコンピューターとロボットによって繰り広げられる数々のアトラクションは、
まるでアクション映画の主人公になったようであると評判になっていた。
“Unsurpassed thrills! Non-stop action! The immortal hero – that’s YOU!”
is the slogan for the soon-to-be-opened theme park, Lotus Layer.
Full of robots and AI-enhanced attractions, the park promised its guests the experience of becoming action movie protagonists.
プレオープン前日のテーマパークには、各国の有名、著名人や首脳を含む要人が集められ盛り上がりをみせている。
しかし、その時テーマパーク内ではAIコンピューターの制御が不能に陥るなど、原因不明の問題を抱えていたのだ。
そしてプレオープン当日、事件は起こった。AIコンピューター「ロータス・コア」が暴走、
オープニングイベントの参加者が施設内に拘束監禁されてしまう。
更にアトラクション用ロボット群が暴走。武装化しテーマパークに近づくものを攻撃しているという…
Celebrities and dignitaries from around the world gather to mark its first preview. The invitees even include certain heads of state. But behind all the eve's merriment and mirth, the park is struggling with technical problems of unknown cause–– Calamity strikes on the day of the preview. The park’s AI, LOTUS CORE, goes rogue, confining the guests to the premises. There are even reports of the robots attacking whoever approaches the park.
